    Yes summer is the best time to start to change our proper balanced diet? Due to outdoor works people often sweating. It creates health problems. You know risks such as dehydration, mineral deficiencies, skin sensitivities.
A glass of cold fruit juice or ice cream instead of hot soup.High calories food of the winter to low calories food. Although, for many, summer vacations mean family outings and picnics that are heavy on food. But, dietitian Chandrasekhar believes that summer is the season when it’s easiest to eat healthy.

We have to consume more aerated drinks during the summer. Water always keeps the body cool and prevents dehydration. It also helps one avoid putting on unnecessary calories. Fresh lime juice and coconut water is also a great thirst-quencher, especially during summer.

    A variety of fresh fruits and vegetables; make the most of them. Include at least two servings of fruits and vegetables to your daily diet. Fresh Fruits smoothies and milkshakes are easy to make. Just toss some fruits and milk into your blender and you have a healthy and filling snack. Pan-roasted fresh vegetables or innovative salads are wise to use in our diet.
    Curd & Buttermilk is another great cooler. Besides tasting delicious, it has several health benefits too. Add a dash of mint to enhance the taste.

  Fresh salads during the summer months is a great idea because salads are easy to prepare and are healthy for your body. However, when having a lot of salads, you need to make sure that your nutritional requirements are taken care of. It’s important to pay attention to the type of dressing and the quantity of dressing you use in your salads. A fresh dressing made from lemons and olive oil is going to be a lot healthier than a creamy, mayo dressing.

Always freeze leftovers and use within 3-5 days.
Cook food, especially meat and poultry, at a high temperature. Diseases causing bacteria like E.coli, Salmonella, Listeria are killed only at high temperatures.
Do not leave food in an open environment. Harmful bacteria may take place.
Avoid fried food and foods with chemical additives, coffee, chocolate, alcohol during the summer.
 Always wash your hands with warm soapy water before handling food and after using the bathroom.
